In such cases, we do offer refunds, but we kindly request your understanding regarding a 5% processing fee. This fee is applied to cover platform and payment gateway expenses. To request a refund for a change of mind, we have streamlined the process for your convenience:

  2. Ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging, with the original tag attached.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund, deducting the 5% processing fee.

Store Credit:

We greatly value your support and loyalty. If you return an item in perfect condition and meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unused.
  • It is in its original condition.
  • It is returned in its original packaging, with the original tag attached.

This store credit will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

Exemptions from Returns and Refunds
